| Two parents and two teenagers occupy this rather tiny apartment in Copenhagen’s inner city. All members of the family enjoy cooking and spontaneous entertaining. Their dream was to have a ”New York” kitchen but the apartment is far from being the size of a NY loft. This led to the design of the Hansen Kitchen compact kitchen, the model we have chosen to name Instant Kitchen – just add water. |
